Mechanical Sample Transport System Using A Single Bucket Conveyor
Functional Specifications :
This elevator-conveyor is composed of a C beam that serves as the support frame and a chain on which an overhanging bucket made of refractory steel is attached.
This bucket moves under the inlet spout of the sampler, gathers the sample and transports it to the sample discharge point. It then returns to its waiting station in an upside position, ready for the next sample.
The sample is discharged into the sample evacuation spout when the bucket rotates around the head pinion.
The mechanical transport system is available in two versions :
- a horizontal conveyor : the TGU-H
- an elevator conveyor : the TGU-Z
