Screw sampler type PREC100
The screw sampler type PREC 100 is used to collect a sample by continuously rotating the auger of the sampler.
Technical Data :
- Flange mounting DN 125 / PN 10
- Sampler body DN 100 or ø 4’’ with opening slot to collect the sample (slot length adjusted to each application)
- Variable pitch auger with bearing at one end
- Pipe connection DN 100 or ø 4’’ at 90° for sample discharge
- Gear motor drive assembly (possibility of adjoining a variable frequency drive to adjust sample quantity)
- Maximum particle size : 20 mm
- Internal fall pressure requirement: atmospheric (possibility to use insulation valves for pressure compensation, if required)
