The P 11 sampler with pneumatic control is set up to extract a quantity of product defined through a vertical pipe. This volume is selected by a twin wheel which controls the cleaning and the tightness of the whole.
The sampling collection is made by the pneumatic piston action within the chamber. It enters into the material flow by putting off the residual product. When the piston is in the flow, the product is collected in the twin wheel. The sample is collected gravity.
Two air intakes are forecast : one for the twin wheel cleaning in the rear position and one for the retention of the product.
